About Me

A Person Using the Computer

I hold two international postgraduate degrees listed in the QS world ranking and presently working at Woxsen University as Assistant Professor. I completed bachelor’s degree in production technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), India and Master’s degree in Imagineering from Breda University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands. I obtained my PhD degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan. I have about 10 years of teaching, research, and industry experience. With versatile national/international experience, I can significantly contribute to the growth of the Institution and my research outreach shall help the University to build the collaborative national/international research network. My research interests include Co-creation, Consumer Behavior, Social Media, Appreciative Inquiry, Design Thinking, Complexity Theory, and Systems Thinking.

Projects

Design Assignment in The Netherlands – A one month project was done for an elderly home in the Netherlands. The aim of the project was to come up with a design core that is operational throughout the organization that can revitalize the meaning of the elderly home and attract elderly people to live in the community. The Generative developed - “Ageing Gracefully”.


Design Assignment in Belgium – A two month project was done for the municipality of Lommel city, Limburg Province, Belgium. To revitalize the city Centre, to make the city more flourishing and attracting entrepreneurs. As Imagineer, I was responsible to understand the stakeholders, facilitate creative sessions with them through which a network was formed for co-creation and collaborative work between different stakeholders, ideas on how to use the Generative of the city - “Pure Energy” effectively were achieved.


Design Assignment in South Africa – The main theme of the field trip was “Women Empowerment and Entrepreneurship”, for 15 days. Visited organizations in Cape Town and Durban to study how women entrepreneurs are working and their support systems, there by suggesting different ways to encourage and creating platforms for women towards empowerment. Website, Dream book, Logo called “Sabwubona – Sisterhood for Empowerment” were some suggestions as part of the project.
